Training Programs - Overhead Crane Operator

A basic program for overhead cranes operators and operators of hoists. OSHA regulations, ANSI standards and manufacturers recommended practices are incorporated into this program. Topics include how to safely lift and lower loads, how to signal, crane and hoist inspections, rigging requirements, sling angles, and how to avoid accidents.

Special attention is directed toward operator required inspections, as well as operator qualifications and responsibilities. Classroom instruction is followed with hands-on workshops.
