Customer Testimonials

Hi Charles,

Just wanted to reach out and thank you on behalf of Big C Lumber (and probably the other companies as well).  We appreciate the time and tips your offered up to help our operators pass (hopefully).  It was a pleasure meeting you and hope our paths will cross again one day.
Best Regards,

The new crane standard is making an impact on a lot of companies that deal with operators and their certification.  If you or your operators need certifications, I could not tell you of a better place than CRANE SAFETY ASSOCAITES of AMERICA, Inc. From start to finish they are 1st class and a very professional bunch of people to work with.

Britnee Kilgo was my training coordinator. When I started this process a few months ago, I was just like everyone else and didn't really know what to expect.  From the owner to everybody else involved in the prep class to written and practical testing they are FIRST CLASS.

The instructor Larry Howard was super. I have very little knowledge of cranes or especially load charts and he had me working problems in no time.  This investment was worth every penny as I learned a great deal in this class.

My name is Tom Moore and I am with John Deere on special assignment at the RDC in McDonough, GA.  I was the one working with Jimmy Bales on the problems with our hoists at startup.  I just wanted to say that you have one heck of an asset in Jimmy.  He went over and beyond his normal duties to get our hoist working.  He was an absolute pleasure to work with and rest assured Crane Safety will be our contact for service and inspections on our equipment.  I will be leaving to go back home in a couple of months and I know the RDC in McDonough is in good hands with your company and Jimmy.  Again, thank you for your dedication in solving our problems.

I just wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how much we enjoyed the Crane Safety class. Larry Howard was a fantastic instructor and very knowledgeable about all aspects of crane safety. All of the participants were very complimentary of the class material and Larry's teaching abilities. Larry was very patient at took the time needed to ensure that every student understood the material. In addition, Larry was also very entertaining and I would recommend him to any company looking at receiving a comprehensive training class related to the safe operation of cranes.

We had a request from several other TRBA members to hold another class in the near future. I will definitely contact Crane Safety when we have a date finalized and I would also like to request Larry as our instructor.

I have attached a few pictures from our training class. Please make sure that Larry gets a copy of these pictures as well.

Thanks again!

Subject: 10 Ton Crane / Trolley Installation at Citation Foam, Columbiana, AL

Last month Jimmy Bales and Harold Wood from your group came to Alabama to install the subject equipment at our customer's plant in Columbiana, Citation Foam Castings.

This customer is your typical foundry customer, no scheduled maintenance, just run 24/7 and hope all goes well.  This retrofit has been long in coming.  This is good equipment.

Jimmy and Harold did their "homework" and made good preliminary preparations to complete their work in a timely manner. ... I know I was pleased that I had selected them to do our field work.  So pleased that I will hire them again.

CSAA should be very privileged to have such capable men under their employ.  Please extend my thanks and best wishes to these fine gentlemen on a job well done!
